I will not let the Darkness take me.

Listen. This is my story. My name is Emily and no one misses me when I disappear. Drawn to an unnatural, dead tree in the woods, I fall into a trap which changes my life forever.

There’s no escape. There’s no way to avoid the trials and horrorscapes I am forced to go through. It thrives off my fear. It consumes my fear. The only choice is to survive and I can’t give in. For if I do, the Darkness will take me and that is a fate worse than death.
