Desperate times call for nerdy measures…

P.I. Lex Manchester will go as far as it takes to protect curvaceous makeup artist Gillian McCormick, the sole witness to a murder. And that means getting Gillian out of the country via a Nerd-themed cruise to Mexico. Gillian’s pulled off one hell of a Marilyn Monroe impersonation, filling out the role in every way possible.

Posing as a nerd isn’t nearly as challenging for Lex as keeping his attraction to Gillian on the down low. But what should be the perfect escape soon becomes the perfect prison, when Gillian’s mainland problems follow them onboard. Does a series of mysterious accidents mean the killer’s roaming the decks, looking for a chance to strike? Or is Lex jumping at shadows?
