A few German scientists are smuggled in a submarine to South America, hoping to reestablish their research in neutral territory, a new type of weapon that can bring entire countries to their knees without ever needing to fire a single bullet.

Israel, 2025. As the war on terror expands to new technological fronts, security expert Sammy Nesher is authorized to create a new covert elite unit within the Israeli Security Agency: a team of ex-commandos handpicked from different military special forces units, trained in everything from hacking secure data centers on hostile soil to guerrilla and commando warfare.
