Kat McConnell is tough, strong through and through, from the outside view… She owns restaurants from Corpus Christi Bay to Hawai’i, and yet she hurts inside, but no one sees it.

She lost the best friend and sister-in-law Olivia who was deeply loved by the entire family who’ve all suffered profound heartache from losing her. Kat’s focus has been to be strong and encouraging for them while she throws herself into her business.

Olivia wanted all of them to feel the love she felt in her short life with their brother, who has miraculously found love again like she wished for him. Now both of her sweet sisters have also.
