CC and Finn have parked the Wandering Wok at a food and wine festival in the Rhône Valley, where the chocolate is divine, the bread is crusty, and the only real crisis should be a dodgy electrical connection held together with a wooden spoon and blind optimism.

Then Stéphane Moreau, the man with plans to turn the festival into his personal empire, collapses during his wine-and-chocolate demonstration, and CC can’t quite convince herself it was natural causes. Finn wishes she would. Their cat Mimi has no opinion, but she’d like everyone to know that dinner is late.
