Grad student Priscilla Beaumont is hiding at a friend’s farm for the summer, pretending her life plan is working, but secretly she hates school, her planned career, and her whole life.

Then drifter Kincade McClanahan arrives, fresh from walking his mother through end-stage cancer, with no plan but to breathe the air, wander the world, and reset his tired soul. She thinks he’s crazy, and tells him that, but maybe he has something to teach her about living in the moment. It’s a lesson she doesn’t want to learn.
