Son of a Chance

The Baron’s aim is terrible. His temper is worse. And his newest houseguest? Well, that’s complicated.

When the Baron accidentally shoots a mysterious boy fleeing through his forest, he expects to feel guilty. Maybe pour a drink. Possibly two drinks. What he doesn’t expect is for the boy to heal impossibly fast, remember absolutely nothing, and refuse to leave.

Enter Enriel, named by a grumpy Baron, adopted by a bickering household of servants and soldiers, and hopelessly confused by the sharp-tongued daughter who can’t decide whether to hit him or kiss him. For a boy with no memory and a body covered in mysterious scars, this chaotic found family might be the closest thing to home he’s ever had.
