Seven Days at Mannerley

When barmaid Mary Potts discovers a discarded trunk containing a ballgown and an invitation in someone else’s name, she makes a reckless choice, to crash the event and glimpse the life of the wealthy. She only means to dance under the chandeliers and slip away unnoticed.

But one night turns into seven at Mannerley Estate, where Mary is swept up in a whirlwind of high society and unexpected suitors while trying to keep up with her farce. There’s the brooding heir, Arthur, and the charming doctor, Mr. Singh, both intrigued by the mysterious new guest. But when an old acquaintance threatens to expose her, Mary finds herself trapped between romance, blackmail, and a lie that’s grown far too big to contain.
