Former NYC fashion model Melanie Tower leaves the catwalk for the cozy Wisconsin town of Cinnamon to open Bell, Book, & Anvil, an artist/crafters’ mall. But when a social media influencer is found dead under a vintage door just before the holiday season’s Cheese Ball, Mel becomes a suspect and must become an amateur sleuth to clear her name.

With her craft mall shut down and her reputation on the line, Mel channels her inner Midwestern sleuth to uncover the killer. From polka dancing at the Cheese Ball, to judging a bake-off, and starring in a quirky readers’ theater, Mel navigates a whirlwind of holiday parties to clear her name.
