Two months have passed since Captain William Jackson and his crew were framed for an attack on the Imperium. The former heroes of the Siege of Stornoway, now fugitives, must stay one step ahead of the mighty GCH Fleet to avoid being caught while they attempt to unravel the mystery behind the attack.

Forced to seek refuge at an underworld station in the notorious Nespierian Belt, they’re still no closer to proving their innocence and are beginning to run low on options. When they discover information about a mysterious man, one who may be responsible for the attack, they risk everything to find him in the hopes that he can possibly clear their names… if he doesn’t try to kill them first.
