He Made Me Forget

My husband says I’m forgetting things.

At first, it was small.

A message I don’t remember sending. An appointment I don’t remember making. Days that seem to disappear without explanation.

Daniel says it’s stress. That I’ve been working too hard. That I need to take care of myself.

He’s the perfect husband. Attentive. Loving. Always watching.
