Yet his greatest test comes from Makawee, a Crow guide whose courage and compassion force him to confront his own broken spirit.

As the frontier tests his courage and love reshapes his heart, Graham realizes that time itself has given him a gift few men ever receive, a chance to begin again. Should he ride back to the modern world that forgot the frontier, or stay with Makawee beneath the wide Western sky?
