Desperate Endurance

Winning doesn’t count, surviving does. A murder, a witness, a romance, and a cross-country race, a perfect combination for a modern-day Western.

Hiding in Endurance Ride camps protects murder witness Bethany from the killers until she arrives in Colorado. She’s changed everything from her hair and eye color to her vehicle registration. In Riverview, she meets Roger, the son of the murder victim. Was he involved in the death of his father?

From Bethany, Roger learns that Endurance Riders have the strength, courage, and determination to travel over minimally marked trails day and night. Can Bethany’s speed and endurance save her? Will she make it to Riverview before the killing shots ring out?
