The Night Road

Uncovering his hometown’s dirty past might just get him killed…

Wade Rivers returns to his rural hometown to bury his mother. The timing is grimly convenient, his private investigation business has just collapsed, and it feels fitting that life would spit him out right where it all began.

To some locals, Wade is nothing more than a washed up PI whose failures confirmed what they always believed. To others, he’s the man behind one heroic act no one can quite forget. One of those few, a reclusive heir from the town’s wealthiest family, hires Wade during his brief return home to investigate a circle of powerful men hiding terrible crimes.
