The Inner Entrepreneur: Business Failures and the Journey Within

Begench Melayev spent ten years building businesses that did not work out. He sold his share of a franchise too early. He moved his wife and three children to Sri Lanka for a slower life and a startup he planned to run from a distance, and within a year the savings were gone.

For a long time he told no one, not even his wife. This book begins on the evening he stopped pretending, and follows what came after: a small tea export business built on trust, a week stranded with his children in an airport, the job of restructuring a large trading company in Istanbul, and the slow inner work that made each step possible.
