Mournglass: The Shadow Beneath the Mask

Twenty-one-year-old Morgan Blackmore would do anything to see her identical twin sister again.

Even enter the darkest part of her own mind.

Shattered by Claire’s death and haunted by memories she can no longer trust, Morgan undergoes experimental hypnotherapy, and wakes in Mournglass, a frozen Gothic world of ruined castles, black forests, and splintered mirrors.

Here, every nightmare hides a secret. Every stranger seems to know her. And somewhere in the darkness, her sister awaits.

But Mournglass is more than a fantasy. It is a reflection of Morgan’s unconscious, where the emotions she has buried have taken on lives of their own.

To escape, Morgan must confront the Shadow, the rejected, forbidden parts of ourselves we are afraid to face.
