The Shadow Over the Seine

Following his supposed death at the Reichenbach Falls, Sherlock Holmes lives in secrecy under the identity of Harald Sigurdson. His latest investigation takes him to Paris, where a network of master forgers is flooding the art world with flawless imitations of priceless masterpieces.

What begins as an inquiry into forged paintings soon reveals a far-reaching conspiracy stretching across Europe. Hidden workshops, secret auctions, coded messages, and mysterious allies lead Holmes ever closer to an unseen organization whose influence reaches far beyond the galleries of Paris.

As trusted friends become targets and new enemies emerge from the shadows, Holmes realizes that the city is only the beginning. The trail now leads toward Rome, and to secrets that may prove far more dangerous than the forged works themselves.
