Mori: The Lost Ones Volume One

In this hallucinatory, emotionally charged work of weird fiction, a self-destructive man who came to Los Angeles to disappear is drawn into a search for missing people, by a voice only he can hear.

The journal Miles “Mori” Morhart left behind in a Los Angeles hotel room appears at first to be the wry, world-weary record of a man who walked away from his family because he believes they’re better off without him, content to end his drunken days alone in the astrologic haze of Hollywood.

But the journal soon becomes something far stranger. A voice calls out to Mori from “across the Cosmic Gulf”, a man on the other side, searching for the wife and daughter he has lost. And Mori, who knows better than to answer disembodied voices, answers anyway.
