Cassandra Cannon didn’t set out to hijack a prototype warship, kidnap an Imperial prince, and get trapped in orbit around a black hole. She was just trying to save her brother.

The job was supposed to be simple: grab a weapon that can siphon power straight out of a black hole, sell it, and pay for the fix that might stop her brother’s mind from unraveling completely. Instead she ended up sharing that black hole’s gravity well with Prince Fenix Vyyker-Chang, his very expensive warship, and its very unhappy crew.
