Rivo Blade of the Shooting Star

“Rivo was like a shooting star; when it seemed the sun had set on the Kingdom and darkness came, he shone brightly. And like a shooting star, when the sun rose again and the darkness lifted, he was gone.”

He falls in battle, only to be brought back to witness the rise of his own legend.

Drafted into the military from a small village on the outskirts of the kingdom, Rivo and his cousins are sent venturing across a land on the verge of collapse to confront a group of terrifying beasts called the Haundo, an unknown enemy with unnatural powers. His journey ends with his untimely death, a sacrifice to save a kingdom in peril.
