When a routine divorce case ends with the murder of a local bigshot, brand-new private investigator Jessica Byrne suddenly finds herself in the middle of a homicide investigation. After her client, Vlad, is arrested for the crime, Jessica is forced to hunt down the real killer before he takes the fall.

Welcome to Pottstown, Pennsylvania, or Potts Vegas as the locals call it, where most people are just trying to get by while the bullets fly. Jessica’s recently set up shop above a Mexican restaurant downtown, and she’s hoping her two cases will be enough to keep the office lights on and the tacos rolling in.
