Game of Chance

After living her entire life as a grifter, Chance lands her dream job at a court in an attempt to go straight. But when it appears that she won’t make it past probation, she reverts back to her old ways and teams up with Joe, a grifter turned loan shark with a scheme to take advantage of court rulings that are leaked before the decisions are made public. Even though Chance has a change of heart, Joe refuses to end their lucrative arrangement which now has the attention of the syndicate, and Joe makes it clear to Chance that if the syndicate gets to him, they get to her.
